The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly Breanna at the front desk who made us feel right at home. the comfortable and clean room had all the amenities we needed, including a trundle bed perfect for our furry companions. the location was convenient, surrounded by a quiet office park, close to the train station for easy access to San Francisco. the hotel's outdoor heated pool was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. I loved the complimentary hot breakfast buffet that offered fresh choices each morning. Though I'd suggest adding more security to the open parking lot for peace of mind. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend!
